Return & Refund Policy

We have a 5-day Return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with Original Packaging and Manuals. You’ll also need to share the order ID and associated email ID.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and whom to handover your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After receipt of Return at our Warehouse, your refund will be processed to your Source Account within 3-5 Business Days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If you have not received the refund and 15 business days have passed since we’ve processed your refund, please contact us at life108healthcareltd@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at life108healthcareltd@gmail.com, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To have a smooth Experience we request you to kindly take video, while unpacking the Box in its Original Packaging.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, inner wear or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Clearance items.



Exchanges

Any Defective or Damaged item received will be inspected by our Support Team and on approval, an Exchange of the product will be initiated.
